Returns & Refunds

Each product shows its own return window on the product page — typically 7 days for fashion, electronics and appliances. Perishables (fresh produce, certain grocery and pooja items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety, and this is flagged before checkout.

Open Orders → your order → Return on the eligible item, pick a reason, and choose refund or replacement. You can attach a photo to speed up quality checks.

For serviceable pincodes we arrange a free reverse pickup. Items should be unused, with tags and original packaging. The vendor inspects on receipt; most checks complete within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as Verdaan coins if you prefer) within 3–5 business days of pickup/inspection. Any coins or coupon value used is restored proportionally.

Because Verdaan splits orders per vendor, each item is returned to the vendor that fulfilled it — you can return one item without affecting the rest of your order.
